We have some great news for all the designers on CGTrader. Starting today, September 12, 2017, Payoneer is available as a payment method on CGTrader. This has been a long awaited integration by the community. As we are dedicated to making sure our designers are earning the most for their work, we recommend you to try Payoneer as a payment method. The reason behind it is simple – all payments from CGTrader will be free of charge for all the users.
Yes, you read it right -
all the payments from CGTrader will be free of charge for all the users,
regardless if you are just registering on Payoneer now or you are already an
existing user of the service. The standard 3USD transaction fee will not be
applied: if you are using Payoneer you simply will see 0$ as a payout fee in
your dashboard and no processing fee will be deducted. Please note that
Payoneer charges 2% for transferring money from Payoneer to your regular bank
account, but then…who doesn’t? Check the conversion fee applicable to you to
see how you can save the most.
Another great thing about Payoneer is that, similar to PayPal payment option on CGTrader,
we won’t have any minimum accumulated funds requirement. This means that
whether you earned $10 or $1000 in a month, you will be paid the sum the next
payment period.
So if Payoneer sounds like a solution for you, here is what you should do now.
If you are already using Payoneer, or in other words have a confirmed account there, you simply need to go to your Payment Agreement section on CGTrader and change the payment option. Everyone, who changes the payment option before September 18 will have their money transferred via Payoneer already this month. If you have any questions or experience problems with that, just drop us a line at support@cgtrader.com.
If you are just wondering that this is the option for you and still need to start out with Payoneer, you should better not delay the task to enjoy the benefits with the next payment from CGTrader. Though the staff of Payoneer is super responsive and the approval process should not take longer than a day, you must have a confirmed account on Payoneer before changing preferences on CGTrader. If you switch payment option on CGTrader earlier than your account on Payoneer is confirmed and we try to do a payment to you, the payment will be denied by the system and getting your money might take even longer in the end as our team would need to review all such cases individually.
Surely, when you reach final sign-up page on Payoneer, don’t forget to activate “I agree on Payments & Fees” checkbox to really move on and finalize your account.
If you are using Wire Transfer option now, we believe that shifting to Payoneer is a no-brainer solution as it is available in all countries we have been using this option for including Ukraine, Turkey, Bulgaria, UAE, Armenia and others. If you are currently a WebMoney or PayPal user, just do your math and see if you can save some cash on transactions with Payoneer.
