3D Print Model or add to regular model?

Discussion started by fjoemoniz

I have just started here and I was wondering about 3D print models vs regular 3d models. Specifically, if I have posted a model for sale and it’s just a regular 3D model but I modify another copy of it later on, for the purpose of printing, do I add the printable file copy to the original model for sale and up the price or do I go over to the 3D Print section and create a new listing?

Create a new listing is most likely going to be better. If its modified, just for 3D print, compared to the original model that is for maybe animations/games/whatever then upload it as something new. 3D Print models are usually a different price as well [Sometimes cheaper due to the cost of the buyer to print it using materials anyways.]

Hope I helped,

The printer is fitted with an innovative calibration system which makes sure that the platform is leveled correctly every time. There are calibrating points located on the platform itself which calculate its exact position. The system is able to determine on which level the calibrating points should be located. In the case of a slight tilt the extruder is able to adapt to the position of the platform while it’s putting on the first layers of the model.

It would be better if you go to the 3D Print section and create another listing. Adding a printable copy to the original model may confuse the visitors. For better information about 3D Printers, you can visit 3D Printers Online Store.
