You can join challenges by submitting your models when publishing them.

Not sure if i understood you correctly, You can't upload model or you can't submit it to challenge? Either way if there's some technical issues you'd better ask for assistance at support.

Could you try attaching the images of the bug?

We are aware that the challenge entries do not show yet (although there are quite some entries). But you should be absolutely free to compete in the competition.

Alternatively you could try to delete all cgtrader related cookies - more often than not, that helps to solve various problems with site.
