Challenge winner prizes . . . how long?

I'm only asking here because CGTrader support has not responded to me in many days. I was the winner of the Home 3d printing challenge (portfolio section) and have received part of the prize (the TAZ 3d printer) but not the rest. I am only trying to find out the time-line of when to expect the filaments, T-shirt and all that cool stuff. It seems like there should be more communication going on and I am just wondering if anyone can attest to how long the process actually takes.
I love the TAZ, but its been slow to get going with having to buy myself filaments after waiting a month thinking everything was on its way. Is there some bigger issue behind this? I was first notified of winning on July 17th. So it's been a while now and I'm starting to feel awkward . . .

Still no answer from anyone at CGTrader on where the prizes are. It seems like the 'sponsors' are not as realistic as they have assumed. Something is amiss. It looks like I may have to contact the sponsors individually.
What is most confusing is why the 'CGTrader T-shirt' has not arrived. What is the hold up on a T-Shirt? Or an explanation on how I choose a free model of my choice to 3d print. I'm tired of this getting pushed off.
I would warn everyone entering a contest at this point to not expect to actually get most of the prizes until 3-4 months after you have won.
