Block user from buying my items?

Hi! Recently one person bought some of my items, and then a second person contacted me and told me that this first person was claiming that he made my items, like it was a collaboration and he even made a false screenshot of a "conversation" between he and me, which is totally false.
Is there a way to block someone? I really dont want him to keep buying my items. But I guess that if theres a way to block someone, he can easily make another account...
Anyone had a similar experience?
