This account is selling my product without consent, permission or license.

Ive emailed CGtrader but there seems to be a disconnect so I'm asking here as a second option.
What can I do? Is there anything I can do extra, other than contact the culprit or CGtrader to have the products removed from this operators CGtrader platform.
