Free model download problem

Hi,
Thank you always for providing us amazing models.
I can't download the free models, apparently the links don't work properly that displayed on window pop up after waiting 20 sec.
I tried different browser and firewall things and re-login and so on though nothing worked.
I can download the purchased ones, so I assume it only happens to free models.
Is it the problem of my side or some technical error of the site system?

The whole site has been a shambles during the weekend and since......can't upload or edit my own models either.......search is messed up AGAIN!!!!!! Whats the actual flippin point of having Sale after Sale after Sale if people can't us the gosh dam site, again this is reflected in my poor sales again this month. I mean you'd think an Digital online market place would prioritise the online bit. Sort it out Cgtrader please!
Yeah, i also face the same problem. But from today all is working properly. What about your?
