Hiii sellers...I hope everyone doing fine..i wanted to ask that if Marvels and dc comics issues copyright strikes??bcoz i am seeing lot of models from comics,hollywood and gaming world since 2018 on cgtrader...so are they never claim copyrights??I am asking this bcoz i also want to make some models of these comics and hollywood movies...I already received a claim for my james bond model..But i wonder if cgtarder has some agreement with marvels and dc...bcoz everyone is making that..if anyone has some knowledge plz share...thnx

as a 3D modeler, it is important to respect copyright and intellectual property rights. If (BMW/Mercedes) has not given permission for the recreation of their models, it is best to refrain from doing so to avoid any potential legal issues. It is solely your responsibility to sell models that do not and will not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or moral rights.
On CGtrader you are not allowed to sell these models BMW/MINI, Lamborghini, Cartier. For all other questions, contact support
Bottom line: do your own stuff, it's safest :)
