"paid" problem and payoneer

Hello everyone,
I made a model sale about 6 months ago and it says "paid" on the sold page; however, my balance in my payoneer account is still 0. I have completed all the verifications on both sites. It worries me that I cannot see money in my account even though I have sales. I urgently request a solution to this situation.

Good, only warez-sites as a source and links to such sites here is not the best option.
