Whenever I want to update the payment agreement, I encounter this error. I did business with a person but cg trade doesn't want to give my money?

And I tried every method
Payment agreements are frozen few days before and after 20th of each month due to payments processing. Wait few days and try to update agreement again, or contact the support and ask for assistance. Your money are safe with cgtrader, you will be paid eventually.
