If you didn't download it, I think they refund you without problem, contact support it's better.

So long as you have a cgtrader account you can easily press on the submit your enquiry button at the bottom left corner of the screen and ask for help.

Hi again Edwin, Refunds can usually take a few days, so I'd suggest waiting for a bit.
