so i try to update my product, uploading blend file, size is 149MB, it took too long to upload took me more than 30 minutes!, my internet upload speed is 40Mbps.
Once it reached 100%, the status says processing, but it seems stuck forever, then i reload the page, the file doesn't seems to be there, it drive me crazy!
I've had the same issue on occasion. Unsure why it was so slow, but trying again at a different time of day, may yield better results. If you're still having issues, send an email to support@cgtrader.com and perhaps you can alert them to the problem. Several factors may affect performance, and some of them may be out of CGTrader's control.
