Buyers are not seeing the model correctly and leaving a negative review

A customer bought my model and left a negative review that it was not like shown but it was exactly like the renders. He should hae checked the native blender format file in which it was exactly like the renders. I even mentioned in the description that the model was just converted and do not textures for other formats. I even tried talk to the person but he wasn't responding. He left a couple of negative ratings for other models also like mine. I think he doesn't know how to use those models. How can I remove that negative review as it will affect my sales?

I have encountered a situation like yours. I complained to the cgtrader team and they removed that review, but it seems they didn't block that customer's review feature. and again he came in and underestimated my model. This time I don't care, I think if I ask cgtrader to continue to remove it, the customer will still come back and give a low rating again.
In your case you have plenty of top reviews, so when you get someone giving you a negative review that may or may not be justified, I think most people will look at it and disregard it. Some people out there are just a-holes and their only reason for existence is to try and make others just as miserable as they are.
