Can't withdrawn money

From what i know cgtrader changed there policy and now pay out every month instead of when you sold a model.
Perhaps this is administratively much more convenient for them, on a site note, all other 3D content website pay out monthly so it is really not anything out of the ordinary

Thank you for your anwser Roger. It has already being solved, but since i cant delete the thread i edited original post. I have been paid for last month sales just few days ago. So, everything is ok :)

I think the term 'withdraw' is being improperly used by CGTrader. It gives the impression that a seller must take their money rather than it being sent to them. In the sales summary it states 'To be paid until 20th of this month' which gives the impression that a seller has a limited amount of time to 'withdraw' the money before it is lost or something. Seems to me that it would be more clear to state that payments will be 'processed' or 'paid to seller' at a specified date rather than giving the impression that the seller must 'withdraw' the funds somehow.

My payment agreement has always been with PayPal, but I have never received any money? May I ask why?
