I notice in the description you say the landscape is not included. Why would you put them in the render - its a quick way to get refunds in my opinion. If the house is the star show off the details of the geometry, how its optimized for large aerial scenes or close up interior/exterior shots. Who is your target audience, what is their needs? Update the description for the people who need this content. Just my 2cents.
