Might have been a problem with publishing system if the model is recent (been having issues myself, when either preview renders or model files just do not appear in the final product). First contact seller and then support if does not help.

recently someone who bought one of my products tryed to download the .obj file and instead he told me that he got into a page filled of numbers
this happens because mesh data is stored in clear text format and the browser opened it instead of showing the download prompt, maybe that's what you are having?
otherwise, try to contact the seller and if there is no response contact support
