paypal account blocked after first sold item

i still have no idea with this ,,, i have contact by buyer via karina and solve the problem about map and export another format..but look like he dispute the transaction via paypal before problem solved then make my account dead permanently...or u have any idea why i was blocked..and i hope cgtrader give some idea for save transaction for artis
