Today I tried to purchase a model twice, the paiement goes through ( I can see it on my card ) but the checkout page stop loading for some reason and the model does not appear in my purchase page. I even try with another 3D model and still the same issue; my card is charged but the model is not delivered. I contacted the support hoping for an answer but I wanted to know if anyone here met the same problem the last days ?
I just had the same issue here, I am still waiting for an answer. What happened to your purchase? Did it work out in the end? Does it just take sometime to be updated in your purchases or did they manually send it to you?
