It's possible that the creator you are trying to buy from has uploaded stolen models or something similar, that may be the reason why you are getting this message
It is also possible that credit card used by the author of the topic is blacklisted by cgtrader as stolen , wich mean, either credit card is stolen from the author of the topic and used here or he/she is trying to buy model here using stolen credit card which was already used for a purchase of a model that ended up on some warez website. Best way is to contact support and ask them about this.
Based on the responses, you should both contact support@cgtrader.com and, most importantly check with your credit card company. If your credit card number was used in the past fraudulently here, then it probably has been used on other websites and might even be posted on some hacker site. To be safe, get your credit card company to issue you a new credit card number. It can be a hassle changing it, by having to update all the companies you use it at, such as regular bill payments, etc..., but it definitely is safer than to stay with the same number.
