Why are some models for 3D printing removed (suspended)?

I have such a problem - my models for 3D printing from Warhammer were deleted (suspended): three characters and one pendant. I wrote yesterday to the support service, but so far there has been no answer. I don’t understand the reason for the removal - all the models are made by me, and if this is a new policy to ban 3D printing of weapons, then this is stupid, because there are files of fantastic weapons from the game that have no functionality. Does anyone have the same problem that can be done in this case?
